This Cookie Notice explains how Havasi Holding LLC ("LiftLogic," "we," "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on the liftlogic.fit website (the "Site"). It supplements our Privacy Policy and applies only to the Site. The LiftLogic iOS App does not use web cookies and does not include any advertising SDK that displays third-party ads; the App's use of Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework is described in section 3.8 of the Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device when you visit. Cookies are used to make websites work efficiently, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to the site operator. Similar technologies, such as localStorage, sessionStorage, and pixel tags, perform comparable functions.

Cookies can be set by the website you are visiting ("first-party cookies") or by other domains whose content is embedded in the page ("third-party cookies").

Cookies that are deleted when you close your browser are called session cookies; cookies that remain on your device for a set period are called persistent cookies.

2. Cookies we set on liftlogic.fit

The Site does not set any first-party cookies. Every page on liftlogic.fit is served as a static, pre-rendered page. The Site does not use analytics cookies, does not require you to sign in, and does not store any identifier about you in cookies, localStorage, or sessionStorage. Because no consent-requiring cookies are used, the Site does not display a cookie consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.

The only cookie you may see on liftlogic.fit is a short-lived security cookie set by our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, described in section 3 below.

3. Third-party cookies and services

The following third parties may set cookies, or process data using similar identifiers, while you use the Site:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — provides DNS, CDN, and edge security for the Site. Cloudflare may set short-lived security cookies (such as __cf_bm) to distinguish humans from bots. These are strictly necessary for protecting the Site and are exempt from consent requirements. See Cloudflare's Cookie Policy.
• Google LLC (Google Fonts) — the Site loads its typefaces from Google's font CDN (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser requests a font file, Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Google states that Google Fonts requests do not set cookies and are not used for advertising; see Google Fonts privacy FAQ.
• Google LLC (YouTube) — exercise pages embed demonstration videos through YouTube's privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain, which does not set tracking cookies unless you play a video. If you play a video, YouTube's own cookie and privacy policies apply.
• Google LLC (Firebase) — exercise pages fetch exercise data and media over plain HTTPS requests to Firebase servers. These requests transmit your IP address (as any web request does) but set no cookies and involve no sign-in or analytics.

We do not place any advertising cookies on the Site. We do not use re-targeting, behavioral advertising, or third-party advertising networks.

4. How to control cookies

• Browser settings. All major browsers let you block or delete cookies and configure which cookies you accept. See the help pages for Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. Because the Site sets no first-party cookies, blocking cookies does not reduce Site functionality.
• Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out under the California Consumer Privacy Act and equivalent state laws. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, the signal is informational; we honor it nonetheless.

The Site does not display a cookie consent banner because it does not set any cookies that require consent under the EU ePrivacy Directive, GDPR, or equivalent laws. If we ever introduce analytics or other consent-requiring cookies, we will add a consent mechanism and update this notice first.

5. Cookie list

The table below lists the cookies we are aware of being set on the Site at the time of the most recent audit. Cookies set by third parties may change over time without notice to us; we update this list when we become aware of changes.

6. Updates to this notice

We may update this Cookie Notice from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies we use, to our service providers, or to applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
